All of the Hungarian dances are great, but this one is the second best, next to no 5. They all have such a wide range of such strong emotions. Loved the performance. Thank you!

The sleigh flies, the girl bewail,
Fako runs, Kató cries. (fako is a horse color, but it can also be a horse name, Kató = short form of Catherine)
Her lover is going to a wedding,
He bought the judge.
Girls, girls, if you had brains ,
Hey, wouldn't your hearts ache so much
Why wouldn't the lad be swindler ?
When the girl is easy to fool.

Ο μαέστρος εκανε ένα ατόπημα που πριν μερικά χρόνια θα θεωρήτω "χαριτωμένο" ...
Με τα σημερινά δεδομένα μπορεί να θεωρηθεί "κακοποιηση του πλεοκτήματος δυνάμεως" ... σαν μαέστρος προς μέλος της ορχηστρας ....
