I'm just making a poached egg 'à la Collette' but I'm sure that I saw you mention of timings for different egg finishes in a cook book. I got Simple Ideas and Go Green but can't find the timings. Am I going mad? Thank you!

hi can you advise what size eggs and are they straight from fridge?
I use large eggs and best at room temp, not from the fridge
Can you do this in the tm5?
