    Brilliant content Shiva, thanks for the insight. May I ask what are the chances & opportunities for a Banking professional ? And what are the chances of getting the PR? Also would taking a finance as masters help in this field ? Would greatly appreciate if you can help me with this please. Good Day!

      Thanks mate , so yea a master in finance and may be CFA will help .
      There are jobs in banking here but not sure if any experience from India translates into those jobs here .
      This is not in green list for a direct pr and it’s not a short skill too , but if you get the job and it pays over the required threshold then pr is easy .
      Hope this helps 👍🏼

    Ive appeared in the ielts exam. The green list was showing the options for a teacher's job. I wanted to know, if I am currently living in India can I apply from here? on seek on trade? As all the further decisions will depend on this.

    Hi I'm am architect...i was thinking of applying for masters in construction managment....from the point of view of an architect do you think it makes sense to pursue this course

    • @ragamuffinshiv
      @ragamuffinshiv  ปีที่แล้ว

      Quite interesting actually , one of my batch mate from university of Auckland did this , he took this same course - he is an architect too .
      He ended up working in architecture mostly around land development sub division and consenting and now runs his own firm . He never actually went in for construction management / project management jobs. All he did after completing the course was convert his architecture degree from NZMA and then got LBP certifications which got him this job in land development. So it depends on what field you want to build your career in . CM and PM jobs are plenty you'll be not short of work if you are good and architecture will always help in anything related to construction . Hope this helps .

    Pg diploma in highway engineering how’s the course? pls share your opinion sir

    • @ragamuffinshiv
      @ragamuffinshiv  ปีที่แล้ว

      My opinion would be to go for civil rather than highway eng main reason being broader job prospects though ,highway jobs are plenty but civil engineers can work on the highway ones but it’s not necessarily the other way for residential and commercial construction . My opinion only ,you might be passionate about highways 🤗 and might have other moving plans

    Bhaiya please tell about scope of mba in new zealand or should I do in India??? Like I'm IIM graduate ? Can I get direct Job in new zealand?? Or should I do executive mba ?? From new zealand?? Which will be helpful for pr or citizens hip

    • @ragamuffinshiv

      Depends on experience and all , immigrants find it hard to get really great jobs they had back home .
      Education from here helps but it’s the skills n experience that will count more
      Buisness education wouldn’t be the best path forward for PR , technical jobs find it the easiest

      Nothing is guaranteed brother all depends on the job offer and your skills .
      If you are studying you’ll not get a proper job while at uni , mostly part time work hoga , depends on yours expenses , ppl take care of their expenses on normal minimum wages part times and some ppl ask home for money.
