When Paul tried to pay for his order via a credit card, it declined. Yet, Paul was adamant about getting that last sandwich. So, while there were like ten people in the queue screaming at him, he decided to call his bank to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, the customer support representative turned out to be Paul’s ex girlfriend.
And she decided to make his call as unbearable as possible.

OMG! What a great farcical episode. It shows that you should not get your ex angry at you, especially if she works for the bank you use. I loved Rob Feldman as the strange guy in line. Lili Likova as the ex-wife was hilarious. Of course the episode was carried from beginning to end by Yaroslav Shinder. Pyotr Krylov as the guy that ended up with the sandwich and Juliana Bartash were the best as people in the line. I loved "Paul Rudd" the call center guy. Thank you for 11 minutes 32 seconds of the most comical enjoyment! Lili -- She Crazy(in a good way)! The sound track and editing was the bomb! Encore!

Well well. Paul should have done the right thing by moving out of line to let the other customers get what they needed. If he desperately wanted the sandwich, the girl serving should have picked it up and kept it to one side.

There was a chap behind him who was being smug, would not put it past him to be ex's current beau. There is so much to do, Dramatizers, before Paul can get any resolution done. I've learned a trick, and it always gets me to where I need to go right away. When it asks you questions, just say, " FUK!ng agent or representative".
