Wow. This is so beautiful and all the extras make it even better. To bad it’s already sold because this would be just what I’m looking for. Congratulations on the new addition to his family. What a blessing.
If I was going to buy a leisure RV I would certainly look into buying this one. The owner of this one is a perfectionist. He has done some nice things to this one. Beautiful RV.
This is the coach you should have purchased for yourself. With what you do now it'd be perfect for your current lifestyle. The gentleman has done about all that could be done to perfect that unit! 👌 We've had 7 RV's since 1986 and know I could be happy with that coach. Nice review!
Great van and an extremely busy man...all those upgrades, the research time, and a 20mnth old son at his age. He’s staying busy alright. Great to see someone living the dream.
I like the owner put in front camera and sensors. Boggles my mind that they have 360 degree view, multiple camera angles, rear cross traffic alerts on tiny cars but no RV comes equipped with it. Especially since it’s a Mercedes.
We too have a Unity Corner bed. My husband decided to buy an RV and I decided we should have something a little nicer than the Forrest River (new) he was going to purchase, so we got one with 18K miles and 4.5 years old. After we picked it up, I really got into it and upgraded or 'decorated' many interior features and some general retrofit happened as well. It turned into a Summer hobby and it was fun. Once I finish the velvet curtains project, I will post a video of my own vehicle as people seem to be interested.
I would love to see pictures and what you have done to your unity my wife and I just bought a 2021 last year in July I am excited. I'm interested in seeing your rig
Nice Travel Van! It was fixed up real nice. I hope it was sold. It looks really nice all fixed up. Great job!Thank you Andrew for showing this travel van.
I love Unity coaches, Holy cow, If I was looking for one of these kind of coaches this would be the one I would want. You couldn’t even order all of Bob’s upgrades through the manufacturer! Really impressive great upgrades, whoever gets it is gonna be a lucky person, and on top of it....this baby was taken care of very well! Thanks, this was fun to see. Cheers 🍻
Anyone looking for a class B like this would be well advised to look into it. No doubt that this gentlemen was meticulous in the maintenance and upgrades spent on this motor home. I would rather put my money on this unit than a new one. You know what you have.
If I bought this van from Bob I'd be embarrassed if I put one mark on it. The new owner just has to keep it up to Bob's standards because you know that's why they bought it.
I am researching rvs and this is exactly what I am looking for. I am so glad tje owner talked about the extras he put on. Now I know what to look for when purchasing.
bob is VERY organized and if I was into rving and bought his i would ask him if I could contact him time on time with questions..That would be very valuable with his experience..didn't forget the kitchenette appliances ..
With all the exceptional upgrades, I expect that Bob got much more than he originally paid. Also, excellent layout: just one simple slide-out and it seems plenty roomy.
What a cute rig, talk about sparing no expense for all the conveniences! Will make someone really happy to just load the fridge and closet and set out for vacation! Enjoy your Newmar Bob!
The seller has good taste. He began with a Leisure Travel and is moving up to the New Aire that is the Newmar luxury short Class “A” offered in either 33’ or 35’.
@@antoniabaker7770, I believe you are correct. My dad was 47 when he passed of natural cause. Even a healthy 50-year-old man won't be able to keep up with a young child. Very nicely modded van, but seller will never get back what he spent on custom equipment, I know about it trust me. This Sprinter is meticulously well maintained, garaged, paint protection, etc. Buyer will need to be an enthusiast to appreciate all these mods. I do not think he mentioned anything about solar, I'm wondering if it's solar ready. Thanks, Andy, for showing this nice RV.
Nice, thanks for sharing...glad you sold it. You got to have lots of money for repairs to support this vehicle over the future years. I like renting Van's/RV's, no need for ownership. It's Cheaper to leave it after you used it.
He he. Bob is awesome. I am the new owner of this VERY coach and since I bought it I added another 20 upgrades including Lithium batteries and I am about to install the leveling jacks too. It got to be the most upgraded Leisure Van out there

Great review by the owner - and I thought I was the only one on the planet that would mod something to the extreme - now I know there are 2 of us on the planet - now I just have to run this by the wife 🍻
I once bought a hot rod. The guy had a file with $15,000 of receipts. He sold it me for $5,000, which was the medium book on the car. The only amount the car could demand. The unit is great for a single person or for a younger couple. The rear bed is very hard for seniors to get in and out of. And the dinette is really too hard to sleep on. It's a great coach or a couple trips each year or for weekend trips because you can get into the mountains and the deserts very easily. I don't know if I'd want to go across country for a year in the coach it's a little too small. He failed to say if there's any solar on the roof. The unit is a little too low to the ground for boondocking, but you can also Park in a lot of parking lots are alongside the roadways and sleep because the unit is small enough it doesn't hog up a lot of the roadway parking. It's a great coach but they're not cheap. it's a great size for seniors except the bidding is just not appropriate, seniors need an island bed to get up and go to the bathroom it in if one senior is sick for a while, it's hard to sleep in and use the bathroom at the same time.
Ger Ger I have a LTV and I boon dock. As far as seniors, if they are in their 80’s you are correct, an IB would be the best! Have you owned a LTV? Good call on the solar. I’m assuming 200 watts and no upgraded batteries like Lithium. Thanks
I really love the care the owner put into this. Beautiful! I would love to own one. Add 400 of solar, lithium battery, all wheel drive and all season package and I’d be in heaven and on the road right now. Also, if it had the auto-gen for keeping it cool at a set temp for my dog who doesn’t shed when I go in the store....Great mileage but Bob is right. Our neighbor bought A new 2020 Winnebago on a Mercedes chassis that looks just like the is one. Here were his problems. The coach batteries would not hold a charge. Turns out La Mesa never put water in the batteries, even though they said they had done a road worthy check. After his wife followed him home from the dealer, she told him the turn signals would stop working when he applied the brakes. Beautiful RV, well maintained with impressive upgrades. I would be curious what the empty vehicle weight is now with all the upgrades, and what is the residual carrying capacity? Back in the 90's my dad made the mistake of doing a lot of upgrades to his gas motorhome that ended up adding substantial weight and reducing carrying capacity drastically. The corian table top and thicker plywood on the bed add weight for example.
This owner is very intelligent and has an incredible attention to detail a true pleasure to watch this video
One time ceramic wax lol
