@11:30 thanks for the idea. Why didn't I think of that? 😅
Always had a bit of a hard time with taping my edge bands (cutting and applying tape as i hold the thin strip in place).

Hah yep I tried a few other ways and was just too fiddly... this works a treat! There are some clamps that rockler make (bandy clamps) that do a pretty good job too but the pre-tape method does the job nicely

Was going to run a strip of wood, or maybe glue some sash cord around it, but as it'll never be seen just left it as is
