me & selva sir was in a talk once, when he expressed his views, He went to so many heroes for the direction chance but didn't get, That time he insisted that we have to start a Production & give opportunities to the Young,Aspirant filmmakers in future if settled in the film industry

(even though I didn't get much time to spend with her,baring these many rumors on their Son)
My sincere thanks to kaala team, Nana Patekar, co-producers Lyca, Audiopatners Divo Thanks to all Ranjith already told that
Now about Superstar Thalaivar
he doesn't like praising him(pogadthalu nachani varu)
that's why Im going to share what I have learned from him
Kaala's last day shoot
since its last day i went to sets in an act of respect
The shoot will finish at 10pm, but it went on increasing 11pm 12am almost 2am
it's a very dusty,smoke atmosphere which is uncomfortable
I went to him and asked "it has been 2Am. Is it OK sir" he replied me that "no its ok , this is the only thing for us(manaku idhe antha), how they got the opportunity and working hard" , Like a first film actor he behaved
I learned the Worshiping of work from him
There are two ways to get famous
1. Doing HardWork,giving 100% efforts and stand in a High position
2. Scolding the person who stood there
If i have spoken anything by crossing the line pls forgive me
Like that he was doing his best & stood in the heights of the industry
His friends, his fellow persins the persons to whom he gave a break
Even though they only scolding him
Rajini sir will just smile at them
There is a saying "Fruited tree only gets stone beats"
("pandlunna chettuke ralla dhabbalu" antaru)
I learned that patience from him
After finalizing Ranjith is the director of Kaala
When he went to Thalaivar for narrating the story, Rajini sir said that Tell to the producer
I learned how A Hero Should be
After that recently during Invitations to kaala audio
few people are talking badly about Thalaivar
I asked Rajini sir that shall we Invite them
He smiled and said that "All are our Friends Invite all the people"
I learned that forgiveness, huminity from him

at that time by thefting the money without parents notice went to theaters, stood in Queue's, sat in front row enjoyed the film
