In my opinion i would slow down on the tech side of the house and make it more of a home by buying 'home stuff' such as blinds/curtains, beds, wardrobes etc. you get my drift :)
Gets upset in a video because someone briefly mentions him flexing his wealth. Makes a video about how he has his own house at 20. Make up your mind mate
@@marzbar Kudos to ya, It does take a lot of hard work and dedication to have your own house at that age, and i agree not a mansion. Though in Scottish highlands you could probably get that for £600k ;)
in your living room you should put the tv on the left wall so its not infront of a window and put it on a nice tv stand. it´ll surely look epic! Btw Congrats to your own house dude *clap*
Vareos Potshoterzz put the big tv in the kitchen and the small tv in the living room, right now the house looks like a chav house gone wrong shame, go round to any of your nieghbours say hello and get some ideas as you obviously have no idea what so ever right now 😆 lol
Or he could take the window out on that side. Or maybe get long windows that are wide but short that run across the upper part of the wall and take lower ones out.
I thought the same thing but if u look at that part of the video u can see the sun actually goes straigght through the window onto that wall so he would have to put it on the oppossite end
The reason why the grass died, was a stupid mistake by Luke and Alex. One of them decided that it was a good idea to mow the grass. When infact on a new lawn you are supposed to let the grass root, which means letting the grass grow. The lawn that they use in new builds are often cheap seed meaning that they need longer than a high quality lawn.
Yo Alex Good job with the house n setup n shiz man. Glad to see lifes doin ya well :) Donne watch your videos really but thought I'd check in to see how lifes treatin ya since Minster :) Still found it funny when I was in college and someone across from me was watching one of your older vlogs back in like 2015. Anyways gg man keep it up and hope this life is treatin ya well matey - Rupert ^^
Being 18 myself, and only dreaming of moving out and living by myself, never mind in a house like this... The fact that you’re only a few years older than me, and you’ve got all this is unbelievable. Mad props to you for achieving all of this at such a young age, not sure how you’ve managed to do it, as honestly I’ve only ever seen a handful of your videos. I’m pretty sure it’s probably due to your internet selling business? Anyway, huge respect to you for being able to pull off basically every young adults dream, including myself.
Very beautiful home. I don't want to say you're really lucky to have it, because obviously, you got it from hard work. It's always great when you see other people's ambitions and goals come to life. Well done.
It genuinely is a nice house, modern, nice size and clean. Obviously he hasn’t finished, but over the next few months things will progress, the technology will look tidy and flush. This house has great potential, and I can definitely see it happening with Alex over time
Hey Alex, a good cinema room uses surround sound and a projector, and blackout curtains. Plus if you did go the projector route, the screen would pull down and cover the window it would block that window, which currently stops you from mounting that tv on the wall.
Alex; great video.! You was a different person to how you can often come across in your vlogs; relaxed, confident and funny. Please keep it up and your house is looking good already. Great stuff...
Hey Marz, i had so internet problems, i am thinking of powerline adapters. Would you recomend them? or should I instead take a cable outside the house and then in my room. Which would you recomend?
hi Alex liked the video, move your big tv away from window before you lose it!! as you are not there all the time. love the layout, nice house, you have lots of inspiration, the smallest room arching into the bigger one, looks nice tidy workspace. good space in the kit/diner/lounge, folding doors are awesome, if putting the hot tub behind the garage a path along side of the garage, my cloakroom is also big one, the hall is a meter cupboard with fusebox, put a shoe rack in the bottom, fit some coat hangers and a shelf for hats scarfs and gloves. workbench in garage is always useful, as unless you drive a mini wont get car in it, Uk has a lot to learn about sizing of a garage and what they are used for.
In your office, there is that little awkward corner. Board that off to make a 90° corner, cut a hole into the landing where the corner is and display your computer there but you can still use it while your in your office. It is like the server room in your old bedroom.
Its a shame you didn’t get the tv and speakers mounted professionally in the kitchen, you should flush mount the tv and mount the speaker up high on mounting plates, that wire hanging down just makes it look like a bodge job, i guess nothing surprises me about your slap dash way of doing things, by the way look up the meaning of contrite as this video looks like you have no content so it comes over as forced, never mind,
Jj Coronet that wire is for the wifi connector....it'll all be hidden, pretty sure it already is as this video was filmed a while ago....don't gas the guy because he hadn't finished what he was working on yet at the time the video was filmed
Dylan Muller that's is why he shouldn't have made the video because the house is bearly finished yet he called it a "full house" which is why it is contrite and slighty clickbait. He should have given the vid another name because with all the "projects" he'll do in this house as well will be half arsed for a while also as he didn't even want to do anything in the house yet he has just began already because he felt forced by his fans in the comments to star. So technically we have caused this issue and you can tell alex is very stressed.
fair enough, but full house tour doesn't necessarily mean the house is complete. he was just trying to give everyone a sense of what each room looked like and what each room would be used for....i have personally taken my friends on a tour pf my house long before i even started moving furniture or anything into it....just so they knew what the house looked like and what each room was for
So you have an openreach FTTP ONT inside the cupboard meaning FTTP services from other providers could be used allowing you to have a potential 1gbps download speed yet you decide to install your own wireless microwave internet which is nowhere near the speed you can get through the FTTP service. Makes sense 🤔👍🏻
Now you have an iPhone with qi charging and frequently trying android phones, are you not tempted to have some qi charging pads located around the house?
One big question I have for you, Alex, is why the hell do you have an access point in your downstairs bathroom... Please forgive me if I'm mistaken, but... okay?
Open up the wall in the lounge near the hallway so you can see towards the garden. And put black sliding doors in there. Great for an upcoming cinema room and it will create so much more space. Btw: Love what u have done with the house!
Alex, mental video mate, i have a suggestion to gve you about your setup room , on the side you have a small empy space as i saw i would advice you to put your amazing notice board there and have on the lower part a stand in which you can put your like alcohol beverages and bottles that you have ofr have your macbook laying there or even it could just have a bottle of water for when you get thirsty , anyhow epic vid m8!
Alex - I used Blinds2Go for some amazing white wooden slatted blinds. Get the wide ones as they look better. Really easy to fit, bright and airy to go with your overall look and feel and it will also help to protect your awesome gadgets. Gives your house some extra security. D
My only advice should be to install a small rack in the boilerroom where you could install something like a Homey orso to get some more home automation going and possible switching from that single space. For the rest, great place!
definitely build a cinema room first thing i did when i moved in my pad 9.2.2 dolby atmos system klipsch speakers flip down tv with a 100 inch screen behind it
Nice house. Bit sparten, but you are just starting out and things will appear as and when. As for the TV, I reckon it's way too high when sitting down - bit of a pain in the neck for extended viewing. Ideally the middle of the screen should be level with your eyes. Probably next is a surround sound system. Tip: Angle the Kef's in a little, to improve stereo image.
Very nice! Your house looks so cool that now I want to move out, and I'm only 15, haha. Good luck with all of the projects in the house you are still working on!
Rustic bed in bedroom... remember kids... everything has been planned out down to the last detail! That’s why the wood rustic bed ended up being a black flux leather techie techiest tech tech bed! ... yeah bro you got it all nailed down.
It’s amazing because you are only 20 and you bought a house. I bought my first house on 20 but that was only 2500 sqf. Now I am 26 and I live on the hills. Keep working hard.
Hi Alex. Referring to your warming draw - I have one, it’s the best thing ever! Not just for plates, you can also keep food and takeaways warm while you do stuff, super cool. Just thought you might want to get more out of it. Thx
Very clever Alex @ 2:05 this a sink with supplies in it to patch holes? Yea, lets not forget you love making mad hole in your walls. That's why I dubbed it your other channel the swiss cheese house.
In my opinion i would slow down on the tech side of the house and make it more of a home by buying 'home stuff' such as blinds/curtains, beds, wardrobes etc. you get my drift :)
No
Only Alex would buy an electric mop🙄😂
Adam Munir they're amazing, all you gotta do is press a button and move it, no dipping and rinsing bs, and they clean great
These are completely normal?
Adam Munir i have one of those steam mops they are pretty cool it comes with multiple attachments great for cleaning the toilet
yo congrats. Awesome to see you grow throughout the years and finally see your house mostly done.
I know them new build houses. He’ll want that radiator back next winter.
Hope you have some good security after showing all the burglars what is in your house.
Gets upset in a video because someone briefly mentions him flexing his wealth. Makes a video about how he has his own house at 20. Make up your mind mate
MarzBar yes but why is your age in the title ????????
MarzBar yeah so flexing
Are you a dwarf
@@marzbar You should be proud not many people would be able to own a house at 20

this didn't even make sense wtf lol

Looking super good!
I just find it funny that I'll be moving in to one of the houses being built across from here.
Alex, your pool was on the grass no wonder it died.
bill teix that wasn’t where the pool was originally, it died before the pool arrived
The reason why the grass died, was a stupid mistake by Luke and Alex. One of them decided that it was a good idea to mow the grass. *"THIS IS "I THINK" THE SECOND BATHROOM OF THE HOUSE*
*"When you have so many bathrooms that you're not even able to keep track of them"*
This was not filmed today because there is none new lights he pout up in the hall, bedrooms and downstairs
Finally a main Chanel vid. This quality is sick!
Should be proud of yourself, only 20 years old and got your self a new build house stacked with all this Tech! Well done mate
The kitchen is more like a living room than the actual living room 😂😂
I LIKE this Alex, this Alex is not overly enthusiastic, you're the Alex I could watch. No offence mate, but I prefer this laid back version.
The house will never be ready.
Big congratulations! Well deserved!
"My grass just decided it didn't want to live anymore" - cracked me up xD

Kimberly well said
He got it because his family are rich, not because he has worked hard,
yup
It genuinely is a nice house, modern, nice size and clean. Obviously he hasn’t finished, but over the next few months things will progress, the technology will look tidy and flush. This house has great potential, and I can definitely see it happening with Alex over time
Why didn’t you wait to the house was fully finished before you showed it off ?
I would have enjoyed this video if england beat Croatia
Well gues what?
It's not coming home ☺🇭🇷
Brilliant video bro love seeing the main channel videos ❤️

About time 😂🔥
House looks sick, really enjoyed this 👍🏻
When he says big fires about the boiler room 😂😂
14:31 - Bullshit...
Haha... i know right. Acting like he’s done full kitchen and bathroom installs. He literally has added a couple of old sofas and a house plant.
He literally had to look at a catalogue and pick out worktops 😂
House is looking amazing man, honestly love your motivation and mindset absolutely killing it. if you haven't already bro get CCTV man 💪
alex I love the vids and I think its a very good accomplishment thbat you have your own car and house at only the age of 20 keep it up

Thanks for the tour, an enjoyable video.

what are you going to do with that little corner in the office? looks kinda bad if you leave it just like that. maybe put a closet there or something
this is probably the second video of yours I have ever watched other than the one 3 years ago when your house got broken into, but ive subbed now, lol
I got to say the coolest thing about the whole house had to be the plate warmer lol that was sweet

you could fit a single bed in that room but that office in there is pretty cool.
Nice to see a video on this channel.
Behind your setup has more space u should put a TV, sofa ,Dolby speaker to play Xbox one or ps4 or else
Hey Marz, your LED link on your gear site doesn't work, and I really want them :D Please help
It’s October now, will he move in for Christmas 2018?
I’m guessing you filmed this a little while back as you have done quite a lot since...also is the kitchen tv 55” not 65”?
Why did you hang the TV so high up on the wall? Or is the video just deceiving how high it actually is?
It's dope alex !!!i'm really proud of ya'😉
Nice house. Bit sparten, but you are just starting out and things will appear as and when. As for the TV, I reckon it's way too high when sitting down - bit of a pain in the neck for extended viewing. Ideally the middle of the screen should be level with your eyes.

if you're gonna get a larger patio, get astroturf - its expensive but a lot less maintenence
Sickest house m8, def want a house like this when my fiance finishes school. You have good taste.
Wtf
Living the dream
Maybe a nice idea for the garage floor: Swisstrax Floor Tiles, easy to replace, much custumisation, easy to install, ....
Legend has it that the hot plate under the microwave is still turned on!
Awesome, very inspiring. Get some cool couches ans portraits, but let everyone know you love tech!
Rustic bed in bedroom... remember kids... everything has been planned out down to the last detail! That’s why the wood rustic bed ended up being a black flux leather techie techiest tech tech bed! ... yeah bro you got it all nailed down.
Looking good! Bean bags instead of sofas in the cinema room? 👀
It’s amazing because you are only 20 and you bought a house.
I bought my first house on 20 but that was only 2500 sqf. Now I am 26 and I live on the hills.
Keep working hard.
Looking great, are you going to do videos when building different rooms?
Hi Alex. Referring to your warming draw - I have one, it’s the best thing ever! Not just for plates, you can also keep food and takeaways warm while you do stuff, super cool. Just thought you might want to get more out of it. Thx
which brand are your Smart Curtains in your bedroom?
the house looks amazing
Love your house Alex! Where did you get that light from in the kitchen?
I watched your videos for 2 years straight ever day but I forgot to and it's been 4 months glad I'm back to it tho :)
Keep up the work. Disappointing most of the comments are critical of almost everything
I love the house.
"This is a sink"
Quality commentry right here
that's what i wanted to comment😂😂
what model of the GT Omega Chair is that and is comfortable for sitting long periods of time? I'm chair shopping lol
8:09 I’ll take it 😂
Very clever Alex @ 2:05 this a sink with supplies in it to patch holes? Yea, lets not forget you love making mad hole in your walls. That's why I dubbed it your other channel the swiss cheese house.
The staircase feels cramped you need a large mirror on either side of the walls. Maybe on the side closest to the downstairs!?
Nice setup Alex
Cool house especially at 20 that’s cool.
Alex you should add some picture frames with some memories or something on the stairs!
When did you record this?!? So much has changed as i watch the vlogs 😀. But a skkrrt home.
Feel like this guy’s really underrated!
Shivesh 1304 no he's not even rated
Hey Alex, isn't that a 4K monitor from LG?
Can you tell me the name of your kitchen lights? The big one on the ceiling? Thanks.
Why did you not put your network rack in the 2nd floor "Boiler Cabinet" ratherthan your hot loft in the roof?
