aashi! honest question I have heard from many that tampons create issue in future like some short of cancer or skin issues or whatever I am really irritated with pads and rashes and worried to switch at the same time help me love!!
Hii! My gynaecologist has not highlighted anything like that to me so I think tampons are fine! You should speak to a doctor and clear it out or switch to menstrual cups!

Start using menstrual cup rather than tampons. You don't have to buy them regularly or you don't have to use a new one every time. Only thing is you have to empty the cup every 3 to 4hrs if you are bleeding heavily. Cups lasts for years with proper maintenance...
Absolutely agree and a lot of my friends have had a great experience with it so I really really want to try it out however, I am kinda scared of pulling it out 🫢 will hopefully get over that soon and try it out!
