The original Tesla Roadster captured people’s imaginations and offered consumers a glimpse into an all-electric future led by a fairly new US automaker called Tesla. Over a decade later, the same company sits as the most valuable automaker in the world by market cap.

Like how the viewing screen is molded into the dash, should be standard on all models.

I would still prefer a greater range that would allow you to travel on a long trip and return home without ever having to stop and charge. This would alleviate any range anxiety people have when taking their EV on a trip.

My model3 has 280mi range and it's fine. The superchargers are friggin everywhere. I've never charged at home, never needed to, and never had to wait for one. It gives you time for a dump and a coffee. Trust me, it's like going from Nokia to an iPhone, you will not look back and all other cars seem like hot trash in your way. The best part is liberal Karens or Napoleon complex pickup drivers hating on the Tesla. They suddenly shrivel and die when a 6'4" 270lb guy gets out of the car to ask what's the problem. Oh yeah, it has insane leg room and wheel telescopes way back for actual men.

With such outrageous acceleration, imagine the force of impact if it was to hit something (F=mA)
It seems too small to be able to absorb such an impact and protect the occupants.

The force of impact depends on the car's speed and its mass, not its rate of acceleration.

Your claim of "blowing other supercars out of the water" with respect to "performance" is likely very hyperbolic. Performance doesn't mean only straight line 0 to 60 speed. Most driving enthusiasts care far more about how well a car handles twisty roads/tracks. This will likely be a screamer, but there is far more to "performance" unless you plan to use it solely as a drag racer. We'll have to see how that thing keeps up on a tight track with an AMG One, McLaren Senna, etc. At "at least $200k" that is the category with which this roadster will compete. At that price point, the Ariel Atom V8 is likely going to give most of what this car delivers (minus top speed) PLUS the ability to carve the corners.

What Corvette is 60K? It says the C8 base price is 60k, but I challenge you to find one for sale at that price. Most are listed at 100k or more. A Corvette is also a poor daily driver with bad gas millage, expensive oil changes and no room for passengers.

You're right in the context of price. The Roadster is intended to be much faster though and is ultra-efficient. It's also fully compatible with any energy source, including sustainable energy.
The newest Corvettes are great cars but are generally not very efficient because gasoline engines aren't all that good in that regard.

      Corvette 0 to 60 mph: 2.9 second
Tesla Roadster 0 to 60 mph: 1.1 second
      Tesla wins.
