    Excellent. Saddle soreness? Before a 100-mile ride in the early 1970s, I prepared by going to the supermarket and buying the biggest kitchen sponge I could find. Felt wonderful after 70 miles when I shoved it in my knickers - like riding on a cloud. NO CYCLIST wants to hear this advice!!!!! They are too tough, too embarrassed to walk around with a big bump in bum of their shorts, yada-yada. My butt is laughing at them all.
