Not sure if this is just an international specced car, but with the premium package, you get a heated steering wheel, ventilated seats, adaptive cruise control, and other things on the Ex trim.
Yeah at least for the US, ventilated seats, passenger power seat, memory seating, and adaptive cruise Control is on the SX prestige trim level only. None of those are optional on the EX. At least on the 2023 year model.
Adaptive cruise and a heated windshield are standard on the EX in Canada, but no premium package was offered. So no pano roof or power tailgate available on the EX here. The omission of adaptive cruise on the US EX model seems like a really strange choice. Maybe there were supply issues.
@@TheCarReviewGuys I have EX Hybrid sportage, I have heated seats but why didn't they make them AC cooled as well? Also I do not have ambient lighting?

What a waste of time. No one cares about wheel well colors and most of your complaints are just silly. Only thing I agree is they should allow more upgrade options for lower trim cars, but it’s less relevant today because availability is scarce and we get whatever the dealer orders. If you want it loaded, then spring for the SX prestige.
#1 get auto paint and paint them. #2 get leather wrap for thesteering wheel color you want. #3 Buy an Sx-prestige. #4. Why did you buy it? #5. ????? YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE GETTING!

He's right about the adaptive cruise control. I can't figure out why Kia withholds that feature on lower trims.
