Hendricks in a bases loaded jam twice lucked into facing the pitcher. The DH is a great addition to the NL but for Heaven's sake, why can't these pitchers take a little extra BP? Especially considering Lynn was an NL pitcher first.

I’ve seen the sox have a base open with at least 1 runner in scoring position and the 8 hitter up and they pitched to him making the game more entertaining and not being a coward. A pitcher has a much lower chance of making the at bat interesting and thus a much lower chance of making the game interesting when they are up in a big spot in the game. So to walk a guy to get to an American League pitcher is worse for the game and therefore playing like a coward.
