Light Rock Fishing (LRF) in pubs around Sussex | LRF UK

Todays session was all about 'Light Rock Fishing' or in other words LRF. Me and Sam venture out too 2 locations which we know you can catch small species with either iSome worm or fresh bait. These marks are both easily accessible by car or public transport and are great fun for everyone, whether you are a beginner, come as a family or a keen LRF fisherman.
My favourite type of fishing is lure fishing for bass off the inflatable boats (sibs), they are perfect. They are super quick to set up, they are fast, and can go in such shallow water, it's amazing! Inflatable boat fishing is becoming more and more popular as people realise you do not need an expensive boat to reach the marks out at sea. You can buy a setup for around £2000-£3500 and this will do you fine.
I love going beach fishing, shore fishing but nothing beats boat fishing on these inflatable boats. You can find the fish a lot easier, they are fast and most importantly much more fun!

Such good fun on the right set up. I normally take a bit of bread with me and chum the water up a bit it gets the bass feeding

Good vid that. I do a bit of LRF at Poole Quay every now and again, there’s tons of mini species there. Two or three small hook paternoster tipped off with a bit of ragworm, you can rack up a massive amount of fish in no time. Ok they’re all the size of a Snickers bar, but 30 fish is 30 fish!! 😂
