The takeaway for secret #2 is exploit trade calculators like KTC to upgrade your roster. There will be at least one guy in your league who will make that 4 for 1 trade every time. Especially when add a 5th piece that shows they "won" the trade

My favorite thing to do about start/sit decisions is best ball. I'm not joining any more leagues unless they are best ball. Seeing a guy on your bench with enough points for you to have won the week is really annoying. There's enough luck in fantasy as it is, guessing who's points should count and who's shouldn't is just unnecessarily adding another layer of luck.
I feel the last one is incorrect. If you wait for times like the draft and free agency to make moves you will lose out on opportunities to value gain. Look forward to those things and take low risk shots on players with the potential to shoot up in value when those happen. I.E. Khalil Shakir, Zamir white, Derrick Henry, JK Dobbins
I think you misunderstood or I maybe didn’t articulate it well enough - I’m not saying don’t make moves until those times, I’m saying those are the only two events where values really change in the off-season, so there is no real rush to trading players outside of those events because nothings going to happen to change their values.
Got to disagree a little bit on the 4 for 1 trades. In my experience, if you try and do a 4 for 4 and ask for 3 of his worst players, usually they think you know something they don't about their bad players. I've had much better success just letting them cut the players they deem expendable..

Regarding #3, another strategy is to do Best Ball format. It's great, and also makes the boom/bust type players more interesting to roster.
Speaking of secret 1, I was able to trade Mixon in a start up for JT because the guy that wanted Mixon is a Texans fan. 🤞🏽

My advice is just not to do a 4-4 in general haha. Keep them small and do 2-1s, 2-2s, etc
