Do you make your eyes more slanted by pushing your outer corner up and out ? No ? Then it doesn’t matter how you do your makeup; it’s not just the makeup that makes it EAB, it’s the makeup, the posing, the usage of physical facial manipulation and the overall weird vibes that comes with fetishisers.

And to emphasise them you are supposed to elongate them. The lifting of the face you’re describing has been popular since black and white films, and that’s because lifted brows were on trend, not to alter the eye shape. It’s still a common practice for photoshoots in magazines, they just edit out the tapes lol. Instead of guessing someone’s intentions behind their makeup maybe ask or consider they wear it for the very thing you’re trying to promote - self-love.
