If your app has been minimized, or closed press windows key, type "xmouse" hit enter on proper application. Now your xmouse application should be open on your desktop! Good luck

opened the video cause had nothing to do, and decided to do that thing in my x-mouse button control on purpose for funs, used completely different method to fix that and here's which, it's an oldschool one -
click alt tab to go out of the window and alt tab to go back into the window, then TAB on your keyboard till you reach left button or right button , then click arrow down to find left/right click and once found click spacebar to set them, then just click Enter since Apply is highlighted by default , even if it would not be - you can reach it with TAB and then click spacebar

@@cannibalhaire9918 yeah and there's also a way for people without the wheel&arrow keys too, by pressing L on your keyboard and R on your Keyboard to make the Left Click and Right Click to appear :)

Another method is pressing Windows + R then type "appwiz.cpl" and press enter, then with the arrow keys you can go down until you find the app, then press enter while having it selected to delete it, pick the yes option with the arrows, and then press enter again and you're cool.
