Single 38 y/o here. These episodes with you, Candace, and Priscilla have been BEYOND edifying. I’m so thankful. They have really blessed me. So much wisdom, hearty life experience, and transparency about what you’ve learned in your journey with the Lord. Thank you!!!! 🩷 So many things have touched me, especially in the episode on surrendering all as I continue to wait in such a long season of unfulfilled desire as a single woman.

@mozing, have you heard of Wendy Griffith’s journey? She a GORGEOUS, smart, talented lady who had to wait a long time too. ❤
I’m mid 40s and despite having lots of guys to choose from, I never found one I connected with. I’ve been sad about it at times but mostly I just live my life and try to enjoy each day.
Marriage forces you to be focused on worldly things and especially when you have kids.
My married friends, even the ones in happy marriages, are really stressed out too.
Marriage isn’t easy-especially since men and women speak such different languages.
My life has been so calm and peaceful, and sometimes I feel like God has “sparred” me from troubles by keeping me single. ❤
And Paul even says single women will be happier who remain single. I think he may be onto something! 😂
Of course for those who truly find real love and a partner who’s a true team player and cares about their well-being, I think love can be the greatest gift God can give besides salvation, but sadly, this kind of love is rare, and most don’t find it, which is why 50% of all marriages end in divorce and of those that don’t, many are just staying together for the kids, money, etc. I only say this to remind anyone reading that it’s not always greener on the other side of the fence.
I do believe it can be a blessing though and especially if both partners seek the Lord daily.
My parents both read their bibles daily, are late 70s and have been married for nearly 60 years. They are a great team and are joined at the hip, but their marriage is also far from perfect. I see how their marriage helps them but also how it causes stress too (even if unintentional). I sometimes see selfishness from them but also see a lot of sacrifice made for the other, even if it causes them stress-like my mom agreeing to all my dad’s travel adventures even though she’d prefer to stay home, ha!!
I guess no matter what, life is just challenging. 😂 We really do have to hold onto Jesus every day and just trust in His plan. 😊❤❤❤
      God bless you, sister!! 🙏🏻

      @mozing,
      Part 1
I’m writing this in parts because TH-cam keeps hiding it under newest comments only, where it’ll never be seen, you’ll never even get a notification, and my time to write it has been wasted. :/ Sorry for all the posts but I find it’s the best way to get info to stick.

Such an amazing episode again! Totally agree the moral and spiritual decline is beyond apparent. No one is following Christ anymore and if they say they do their behaviors, words, and actions look nothing like it. “God can only judge me” yes, but there are the 10 commandments for a reason 😢pray for our world!

The decision to keep moving forward. I lost my third sister two months ago and the grief in her loss has been hard. I know she’s experiencing great joy but some days are hard to keep moving forward. ♥️

I enjoyed watching your podcast on TH-cam. I also watched you grow up on full house. I know the Lord is with me . I feel his presence with me. Specially when my husband Donald passed away May 27 2022 . He saw me through it. I am blessed. I am glad that you Candace Cameron Bure and Priscilla are so spiritual.

Priscilla has definitely been my favorite guest so far! She's so knowledgeable yet humble. I'd really love it, though, if in the future you had some single ladies on-perhaps Kelly Minter, Lisa Harper, or Gianna Jessen?

    For the second audience question:
Connecting mood and activity can help connect mind and heart. So can being mindful of what’s called the cognitive triangle, which is how our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors.
Becoming more aware of the connection between our mind, will, and emotions can be a big first step.
Our emotions come from our interpretation of facts. Our interpretation can be a bit off, based on cognitive distortions or faulty thinking like emotional reasoning (I feel this way therefore it’s true. The more intense the emotion, the stronger the belief). We can think we know something intellectually but feel differently.
For instance, those who have been abused often FEEL it is their fault despite intellectually knowing they’re not at fault.
The disconnect can often come from the inaccurate interpretation of events.

This is a woman that other women should look up to. Of course the camera is on, but her message is so clear. A beautiful woman who could be out breaking hearts and leaving trails of bodies, but chooses to be a great wife and partner…. It’s unheard of anymore.

We need to sacrifice our own self ( our demons, ego, mind). In action, in thoughts (mind)every little nuances. It's soooo hard, so one day one second at a time, because we get distracted instantly by our ego and the world around us.

I would love to hear more about Priscilla’s break up she had in her early 20s currently 24 and struggling with loosing the one who i thought would “be the one” would love some advice and guidance. Everyone says Trust God but it is hard for me to let go and know that it will be okay. Would love to hear more of her story

Candace i know what Joddie said to you and i know your mad i am on your side, but you said it yourself she is like family and one thing i have learned about family and friends is that you should try to make up for mistakes because you may not get another chance, take Bob for instants he died suddenly, if something like that would happen to Joddie you would regret it the rest of your life. on a side note, I also think you, Candace Owens, and Brett Cooper Should do a video together i think it would be a good episode. love your show and believe me when i say it's hard to forgive. God Bless you and your family
