I was hesitant before but I think it's because these prayers and mantras come from a foreign culture, we can be reluctant at first when something seems "exotic" to us, we have to investigate things a bit also listen to our intuition. I have been listening a few months now and one thing I noticed is that when I do I'm more clearly focused and have more stamina or creative energy.
