I'd like go see the kimono project remade id you think your current item can serve as a mock up. Thanks for your videos! I saw that face and had to see what was wrong! As to the jacket: I think it might be the fabric weight that made the 2 so different. I've had similar issues. Silky fabric is just a PITA (pain in the a**) to work with. I learned to do a mock up, I use thrifted sheer curtains, and use a glue stick to "baste" both the mock up and final garment. It works pretty well because it's repositionable and washes out easily. Can't wait to see what you do next.
