At least Moana Pasifika is a start for Samoa and Tonga, same with Fijian Drua for the local boys. Without a doubt WR and the investors of both teams will ensure financial viability.
Good video on your thoughts on the eligibility issue, especially when the two pasifika teams are long overdue although the "war challenges" will be done only on special occasions. 😁✌

The entertainment aspect is important, it's a business after all, so the entertainers should be rewarded

They are the ones who get bums on seats in the first place so everyone wins

It shouldnt be does world rugby care it should be does NZR care because Moana pasifika wanted to be there own club meaning there was a lot of investors from the US and ex All blacks players like Jerome Kaino, Ben Atinga etc. willing to invest into Moana Pasifika meaning they wouldn't need funding from NZR or world rugby, building a whole new facility, Stadium, and being a independent organization, and willing to pay player a million upwards per year. But once NZR heard the pitch they immediately turned it down. So the Original pitch was Called Kanaloa Pasifika from Hawaiii

I suggest a combined team of Tonga, Fiji and Samoa (like the Windies in cricket) to become part of world rugby. Let this team compete in the Rugby Championship or even the RWC?

None of the island teams want to share a test team anyways since they don't want to become like the "West Indies of the South Pacific." But they don't mind an invitational team like the Pacific Islands team of the 2000s if they wanted to.
Moana Pasifika is more than enough for the three island unions.
