Hi guys! todays video is a bit different, my boyfriend Matt and I go tour an apartment complex in Downtown Los Angeles.. we are not moving into the complex, just looking for fun :)

Style is perfect with that balcony that loops around the apt ... with the wine setup, and the bottom one is dope as well ... more easy on the lifting, and moving of furniture less steps ... altogether extremely coo!!! 🤙

that was really exciting. Wish you both could look at some more apartments. Yes, the apartment with that wrap around balcony was amazing but I am sure those units on the 25th floor were really expensive.

I’d choose the unit that has the large balcony, even though closet space is limited. Remember you can always buy a wardrobe to store clothes and shoes in.

If you can afford to spend 5 to 6 grand on rent, you might consider taking on a mortgage.
Investing in real estate is a great way to build wealth (but do your research, there are risks ofc)

I always say how much I enjoy when Stephen takes us outside . That being said this apt tours was fantastic. I love the sky high ones so open and free . And I agree with Matt the lower levels was way too noisy.
Friends I thinks from oldies blogs Stephen and Matt lived together before as roomies before acquiring individual space .

Ew hate how all the lights in these flats are so warm... We moved into a high rise a few months back and replaced them all with cold white lights, it opens the space up so much. And I would definitely recommend going up 20-30 floors. The air is so much cleaner, we have Dyson fans which usually clean the air but there is literally no need, none of the traffic pollution gets up this high :) So it is a lot healthier, less dust and stuff too

$1,500 is a bit high for me. But it’s not entirely unaffordable with my current job. But I live in Fresno. So much more affordable than Los Angeles. But I hate Fresno. It’s a conservative rat hole. The city is awful looking and there’s not much to do. I would love to live by the ocean someday. But it’s just a dream right now.
