Wow, practically brand new! I just love seeing this era of coach in such fantastic condition..looks well loved. Old school Spartan, them are the good years that rode like Buses soft and smooth. Don't forget to show the buyer the "Entry Door Air Lock", makes that cab area whisper quiet at highway speeds! Everyone always forgets that airlock. Single slide, north south bed, opposing sofas, awning fabrics look great, interior upgraded, a perfect coach! You can fully use this coach even with slide closed, like in a parking lot or truck stop. Heck of a buy!

He grew up in the RVs and car business.. and it shows by his positive attitude! I am just an old cassette player from the 80’s and the 90’s with tapes and maybe some CDs, while Mayan is an iTune / digital media with a large hard drive!! ;) There was no disrespect taken and it also tells us we all have room for improvements at any age!! You've priced it very fairly. I just bought a 98 COUNTRY coach Magna 1 slide. Searched nationwide for a high end older diesel pusher I could pay cash for. I know this price range.
I saw one sell last year just before the pandemic in excellent condition for $28K , out of New Braunfels, TX. After pandemic they are very overpriced for the year .

So, what do you do with the TV when you're underway?
Previous owner put it behind driver seat kind wedge in between Slide and the driver seat. You can also just put it on top of the bed. These newer LED TVs a very light.
