One thing I noticed, apart from giving it the absolute berries straight out the pitlane, was that you were giving it quite a lot of gas while still right over on your ear - that's not going to end well - you should perhaps be rolling the gas on as you are picking the bike up, otherwise it's all going to go Pete Tong at some point and you'll come down with snow on you...

Ken Haylock I appreciate your feedback however I was building up the pace. There was a red flag after a few laps which is why the video ended so I can see why it seemed like the same pace throughout. (Also I used tyre warmers)
I never went past about 70% effort through the weekend and this video was about 60%. I didn't trail brake because of the conditions and the power application was smooth and predictable. I slide the bike around a bit but I'm very comfortable doing that.

Fair enough. I have to say throttle application didn't _sound_ that smooth in the video, but obviously it's very hard to judge... Phil Bevan is _the_ man round Pembrey, though, so if he's scared then I definitely would be!

Actually I stand corrected - I thought this was a comment on a different video of mine.
I was pushing too much in this video although we sat in Pit lane for a couple of minutes after a red flag 10minutes through the session so tyres were still pretty hot.
I was ragged and pushed it about as far as I could on these road tyres. If you watch a recent video of mine I was a lot smoother but getting better times and only at 60-70%

BlackFlag94 Right, yes, that explains why you were able to push that hard straight out the pits - even in warmers I'd be expecting to end up halfway up the Rallycross track if I went that hard on my first lap out of the pits (it's very nice out there, don't ask me how I know...)

Go Go Power Rangers, you should really take it steady at first and warm up your tyres. you taught me that
