Very cool. What all do you have in the engine? I'm also building a Toda 20V. Pistons, cams, cam gear, and valve springs. Seeing yours running excites me. What do is that welded to the top of the valve cover?
HI Dean, This engine has some porting done, Toda 272 9.2mm cams, Toda 81.25mm high compression pistons, Toda valve springs, 0.8mm head gasket, Toda exhaust gear and we kept the vvt intake cam gear, Saenz con rods, all bolts are ARP and ACL race bearings. It has a 215mm lightened Toda flywheel also.
@@modbandits Nice. Very very similar to mine. I have the same pistons. I went with the 288° cams. I'm going long-rod so I have a set of 136.6mm rods from MRP. Also have some head porting. When I got the car it came with a Fidenza flywheel and I'm try to decide if I should keep it or go Toda. Is this a blacktop? Mine is a silvertop.
@@deankelley1 Mine is a blacktop. Sounds good. Depending on ecu, intake and exhaust i'd say you could expect 180-190 with the longer rods. The guy I bought this engine off a few years back has just built a 7age out of another 20v he had and made 192bhp but i dont know the specs of his engine. My engine and his were both tuned on the same dyno which is supposed to be conservative power reading compared to others. I suppose the flywheel you use is going to depend on your application for the car and how often you want to pull the gearbox to check it. I have another video there of the car on the dyno running properly if you haven't already seen it. Really appreciate you taking the time to tell me about your build. It's nice to see these engine still going strong.
28 years playing with 4ag's, awesome engine. 4ag ftw!!
Thanks man
Great video. Keep up the good work 👏
Thanks very much
Cool buld, hope you post more
Thanks. That's the plan :D

The boxes on the valve covers are baffled breathers.

got it on the dyno as yeT?
Yup. There is a video there
That poor starter
Well able for it 😅
