As an Italian I feel like I should let you know how you did wrong in the last recipe 1 the water MUST boil before adding the pasta 2 you should have really cooked the sauce for an hour to let it absorb all the flavors 3 the part of the fennel that you should have used is the exact opposite 4 you HAVE to mix the sauce with the spaghetti to let it come together in a more amalgamated way 5 I guess it's a taste choice but all that cheese ruins the entire recipe With all this I don't want to offend you in any way, I'm just saying this so maybe next time you can improve Always love your videos💕

Michelle Valles It's the same concept as putting something in an oven that's not preheated: it will take more time and the result wouldn't be as good as if you cooked it with the initial heat It's the same with pasta, if you put it in a not boiling water it will only get soggy and then start cooking once it boils and the result will be mediocre
