This is my favorite NCT 127 song. I love the experimental nature of a lot of their songs, and I think this one best showcases all of their talents. Taeil's high note, my god. Also, the chant at the start was a Maori war chant. Finally, the song is about not following the norm and breaking the mold. Obviously Simon in this song representing societal pressures and norms. And the table is nearly identical to the table in Dr Strangelove where all of the world leaders sat. Obviously NCT do not look like someone that fits the bill to sit at that table, so they're standing on it, dancing on it, taking all the mics and centering them on themselves, etc. There's not much of a "story", but there is plenty of symbolism.
