Only problem I've found with this grill, and I have one, is that when you griddle - there isn't enough ventilation and the coals go out quickly.

Don’t put the coals in the wok. Instead, put them on the coal trey and put the flat pan on top of the stand without the wok, you’ll get plenty of ventilation

Since there’s no vents in the bottom doesn’t it choke the charcoal?
