Playing/blowing a trumpet is like riding a bike. Once you learn it, after 30~40 years you can still pick it up! I stopped playing at 15(started at 10), and this year ony 45th birthday, stopped by an instrument store and after 5 minutes of blowing "empty air", got some of my rhythm back(which includes tapping my right foot while holding up the trumpet with both my arms)

It depends on the piece. For this particular piece, it came with this book off of Amazon: amzn.to/3V4fKBW It's got a lot of Disney songs in it with backing tracks :)
