Why you talking bout them? They not an Academy yea but they a catholic school.and last time I checked they ain't got no "district" either. They recruit just like the academy schools. I'm not impressed💯
Yea, I’ll say this as someone from Virginia, they may not be an “ academy “ but there’s a reason they’re not in the VHSL. VHSL is almost all public schools with the exception of two I think. They’re considered a college prep school. I’d be willing to bet none of their roster is from Chantilly. 😂
@@clarktownsend8991 that’s cool, at least there from the region. It seems like the coaches are good at getting their kids scholarships, and not just basketball but all boys and girls sports.
They play in the best high school conference in the US too. DeMatha, Gonzaga, O'Connell, St. John's are all in the league. These are nationally ranked schools too in the past decade.
Because catholic schools can legally recruit players and can control what class they play in based off of how many people they let in For reference there is a Christian school in Lincoln Nebraska that plays at the lowest class playing against towns of like 200 people it’s stupid Nothing against catholic schools of course but it’s kinda unfair to Public schools
Coached against pvi a few years back when they had Jeremey roach…they are doing 35-3 in the hardest hs conference in america. Theyre the real deal.
6’10 and 6’11 in high school is insane

But still a private school that can recruit anywhere.
Yes but its still a high school not a prep academy with post grads.

@@VwB94Definitely not from Chantilly, for sure lol. But, at least we can say they're all (or most) from the DC area.
@VwB94 almost all of their team is from DC area though.

Of course it’s a catholic school 🤦🤦♂️
What’s wrong with that?

@GrantGloy They are in a league that is all catholic schools. So it's all recruited teams of DC area kids for the most part.
I wanted to leave a comment but I’m not sure what to put
