Honestly kinda disappointed 😞 with that skill waiting all this time for new skill for paladin and we only got skill to cut are mp consumption to 50% and a 10 sec buff to reduce damg i mean is not bad anything that make a paladin tankie is better but we still unable to use oath on newer bosses because illnes are a pain in the ass 😉 but oh well lets see what we get in another 2 or 3 years

It seems that way but just from the testing done in the video it isn't. It's more of a rate cut damage nullifier that then gives you a +% to rate cut, as regular damage is still received. The implementation of the skill is mostly to allow more freedom in gear/ai/abilities/etc. This works wonders for a disable/null set, disable/null set can still fail if 2 or more enemies hit you with their rate cut attacks at the same time.

I think paladin new skill is based on log horizon skill (castle of stone) you will be invulnerable for 10 sec but it will adjust for few updates°^°
