Happy you enjoyed the video xx I don't feel any guilt or discomfort from the food itself but I hate when I feel bloated / as if I overate the following time after a meal. But it usually disappears within a couple of hours or after a good night's sleep xx

Yep I do. That’s what I’ve done my entire life - but as mentioned in the video, I realised that I had eaten too little the previous day and I learnt from that
