How to get totem from Winter Claus? Game bug or what? Hero Wars: Dominion Era

I heard lot of times, that some players set just 1 totem in the letter to Claus. It was some years before and also they send screens. But all of them said it doesn't work anymore and didn't say a way how they did it.
So, i tryed different ways and find one of solution.
I use VPN and my internet works slow. that is why after i send request to game server - i got some mili-seconds to change my request. And i can cancel 1 gift. Mayby, with this way and with lower speed it is possible to cancel 2 gifts and set just 1 totem.
But for me i improve totem chance from 33% to 50% by canceling 1 gift from letter.
The way is easy. you need to do it quick, with mouse o keyboard.
