Never get discouraged, your channel will eventually start to really growing, the main thing is persistent! I know you’ve probably heard that a lot but it’s true.
Yes I post every Sunday no matter what. Thanks Em your the best. I excited to see it start growing. I have some awesome videos planned. I think once we have the LT40 that’s when it will start growing. But I don’t want to get too famous because I don’t want money to change me!
I built my own bale wrapper like this one....... dont cut the plastic when the bale is finished wrapping......dump it......and set the new bale on the plastic thats streched across the machine. Should not have to do anything but wrap !
@@RoccaDiCambioFarm Great to hear it works for you ! Also.........when starting a new bale and the plastic if not attached to anything...."".before ""putting the bale on the machine have him tuck the plastic under one of the belts on the wrapper. It saves time. This way when its 20 below zero.... the plastic is not still attached to the net wrap. Maybe you remove everything at one time........but I use twine. Its so annoying to have the plastic removed...but not quite. .just that one tied on tip is still there. Another trip off of the loader tractor. !!!!! Your operation is almost exactly like mine. I try to leave a space between the bottom bales so the dog can get between the bales. This way coons .....rabbits wont bother the bales quite as much. The dog makes his daily trips hunting for mice rabbits.........whatever ! Your Grappler is nearly the same as mine. Love that thing ! I use round bale feeders to feed the cows. I fixed a " Y " shape inside my bale feeders using light duty chains. Bolted in the center. The chain hangs down in the center of the bale feeder about two feet. I use my grapplers to move the bale feeders by straddling one of the chains and lifting them with the grapplers. However before you do that.... consider welding a bur on the top side of each side of the grappler. Otherwise the chain slips off. Then always keep the grappler tipped slightly downward. Or the chain will slide back. It can become a problem getting the bale feeder / chain off of your loader / frame !
We have a 2555 open station on our farm. Love seeing the old ones runnin
Very cool. What brand is that net wrapper and approximately how much does it cost per bale to wrap them?
It’s a Salsco wrapper and I think it’s roughly $3 a bale
😊
Hard work definitely pays off
Yes I love seeing the final product
Hi e@@RoccaDiCambioFarm I will
