I have one doubt regarding Epfo services. Present Iam working in X company and i have got an offer letter to join in Y company on 15th July 2024. I have already resigned in X company and my last working day is on 12th July 2024. So In my X company they are saying that we will mention last working day on 20th July or 25th July. But in Y company they are saying that if you join there will be no any Pf overlapping issues because it has 3 months probation period. And they are saying that submit your last working day date. In order to support a fake experience, it doesn't matter how many documents we create, if the BGV is given to the vendor, they will find it out. But there are some companies which have urgent requirements, in that case they don't care about your past experience. Their motto is to recruit a candidate with sufficient experience. So there are no specific documents for fake experience.
HI i am from non technical background but after lot of hard work and gained skills on some technical course and cracked the interviews. So my suggestion try to enhance skills where you can possible. Then not required any fake experiences. Just show your skills and be honest about your previous employment or any gap related issues its enough. After 10 years now i cracked the interview in technical platform and i clearly mentioned about my past so they accepted.

Tell the new employer you upgraded while doing the non technical job. As you cannot hide your employment history in EPFO portal, it is better to tell them. As the PF overlapping issue is within non technical category, companies won't care that much. But I suggest you to be strong in whatever skills you try to claim experience on.

Check with the previous company whether they have projects or not and forgot about package it's a rotten piece of bread,, if no project they may put you on bench check about the company status whether reputed any recent layoffs....

Your entire experience comes under freelancing only, so try using that join any company, but MNCs mostly wont entertain, so create a strong portfolio of the projects and try to showcase it as a proof, and try to excel at the skills you have
HI all after i submitted Joint declaration form through EPF portal with Appointment letter and Relieving letter my Overlap issue is solved in 5 days only. But try to take approval from previous HR Immediately once submit joint declaration form then EPF resolving the problem within short time.
I have selected In TCS but in BGV Previous Employer PF showing overlapped. My revealed date was 5th June but in PF showing 30-June pls sugget. I have selected In TCS but in BGV Previous Employer PF showing overlapped. My revealed date was 5th June but in PF showing 30-June pls sugget. Inbetween i joined one company and i resigned in days i have submitted those documents as well but now because of Overlapping its showing dual job.Then i escalate to that employer about Overlapping they ask me to submit Joint declaration from through EPF portal with required documents. After submit joint declaration from Employer given approval and now its stage at Approval waiting at Noida Field Office. Pls suggest me here about next procedure means speed processing.

TCS ask clarification if they found You can show what ever u did so far they will must consider this.Not a big issue because don't have mistake from ur end
so i have sent mail with proof of attachment to HR which i was submitted joint declaration form in EPF portal which already got approval from Employer. Is that enough to defend my self?

As there is no mistake from your end, show the relieving letter and the email that you sent to the previous employer to escalate the issue. No issues.

Hi Bro, i worked for 3 months in one startup company, located in chennai. But they didn't give me salary and for rest of the employees. But they credited the PF amount and updated the exit date as per their wish which is creating 1 month overlap with my current company. They didn't respond to my calls, mails and the company is shutdown. Company cheated with all employees. They didn't give even a relieving letter too 😢....Pls pls pls do suggest me bro what to do now....?
I am also facing same this kind of issue please provide the solution....
