People are just not confident enough to let the pause be an empty moment, so they say err, uh, like, umm, etc as a filler. Maybe people fear giving up their turn to speak, so they keep making sounds identify that their thoughts are not done. Try talking without saying "like," and let the pause fill the space. It feels weird at first, but after a while, you realize, you sound more confident in what you say. Even if that is not the actual case.

As an American, it embarrasses me that we are so 'obsessed' with English, Irish, Australian, etc accents. improfision It's definitely a good start, exercise causes our brain to release endorphins and adrenaline, I highly recommend weight training and cardio exercises since they are great to relieve excess tension and uplift the mood. Also don't forget that motivation is probably the most important part, now that you're working out, try to challenge yourself by doing a little extra excercise every day. And, if you like, check out a book called 'Awaken the Giant Within' by Anthony Robbins, it's a book that helped me alot on my way to a better life. Take care and good luck, mate! :)

I'm living in England right now and have been here for 2 years. The british guys here are spoiled and they either like American guys or they hate them. (Sorry) I think most British women are respectful and really value relationships. Way different from American women. Foreign women in general are more respectful and down to earth than America women. The sweetest young woman I dated in my younger years. She was a exchange student so she had to leave. I dated a South Korean and she was totally awesome. Very respectful and sweet. The time passed and then in high school I decided to reinvent myself, improved my speaking skills, my personality and my looks (clothing, hairstyle and all that) and the girls started talking to me, had my first girlfriend, and meet new boys and girls and they became the best friends I've had till this day.

improfision It's definitely a good start, exercise causes our brain to release endorphins and adrenaline, I highly recommend weight training and cardio exercises since they are great to relieve excess tension and uplift the mood. Also don't forget that motivation is probably the most important part, now that you're working out, try to challenge yourself by doing a little extra excercise every day. And, if you like, check out a book called 'Awaken the Giant Within' by Anthony Robbins, it's a book that helped me alot on my way to a better life.

I'm living in England right now and have been here for 2 years. The british guys here are spoiled and they either like American guys or they hate them. I don't want to stur anything up but this is Alice Eve and that's why guys are shy towards her. But the women I've date seem to think british guys are spoiled assholes. (Sorry) I think most British women are respectful and really value relationships. Way different from American women. Foreign women in general are more respectful and down to earth than America women. Apparently conan's hosted the tonight show back then, but only for a short period of time cause leno decides to "un-retire" even after he announced his retirement on tv. So i guess chances of conan hosting the tonight show again are pretty slim to none after what nbc did to him.
Bluetycon9 Hosts like ellen, conan, colbert and graham norton just puts the guests and audience at ease and gets em laughing. Fallon is fun, not funny. Just dont get him cause he's always mumbling and laughing at his own jokes. And frankly ppl i know watch kimmel for the contents, not him lol
