In the books the dress was a light blue, so if anyone else wants to make the dress but can’t find the right fabrics in pink, you can use light blue if you prefer!

I mean, in a way, both dresses were fitted to Emma Watson. They changed the color of Hermione's dress from periwinkle to pink to suit her and the scene, obviously they could decide on most of the dress' design too

It's basically spot on! The only little thing I would have done to make it more of an exact replica is add more of the baby pink chiffon because Hermiones dress has another, longer layer on the sleeves and more layers that go down a little bit lower on the skirt part... but that's not knocking your work because this is absolutely incredible, I'm just talking what I would do personally because I'm super detail oriented.. too much so, so I've heard... lol

A lot of people recreating the dress don't realize that it's not a straight hem at the front. It's like an upside down v to give the cascading effect in the front
Sweetheart, that's not very attractive. You have excellent sewing skills, but the design, and most of all the garish colors, are just not very pretty. I'd like to see you make a real gown. I'm betting it would be beautiful
