That 2nd circle is part of the inside of that combination safe!
Could that tool at the end be a homemade clam digger?
Pam Clift That is a great guess Pam!, but ....it is actually a hand forged ice chisel used to chop and hook onto big squares of ice used to refrigerate foods back in the 1800’s. To think, I almost left it on the beach thinking it was junk, lol.
Similar to a brass timing ring from an artillery shell.
