    Why did the FG makes income taxes uniform for states. Dont you think this would harm the competitiveness of certain smaller states. This very different from the united states where theres various income taxes between states or none at all. If the federal governments wanted its own income tax in FCT that fine.

    If a business has a turnover of less than 25m, is the business required for file for VAT? I know it's not required to pay but is filing compulsory?

      Yes... Monthly filing is compulsory, if not you accrue default charges...

      For a business name... What you need to pay is your VAT...

      You don't have to pay tax but you have to inform FIRS that your business isn't making profit yet.

      From 299k below is ok but from 300k above it's not advisable... It's safer not do large amounts with your personal account
