- For nomadic men, the separation from the family and the familiar tribal living environment in order to earn a living and provide for the family is considered a heavy burden. In the pastoralist culture, family and social ties play a very important role, and the man as the head of the household bears the responsibility of meeting the material and spiritual needs of the family.
By leaving his home and traditional living place to migrate to large cities or remote areas in search of work and income, the nomadic man becomes separated from the familiar solidarity and environment. This separation causes a sense of loneliness, homesickness, and psychological stress for him. He is always concerned about the situation of the family, especially his children, in his absence, and this mental pressure weighs heavily on his shoulders.
In addition, the nomadic man must adapt to the unfamiliar environment and urban living conditions, which is another challenge for him. As a result, this separation and responsibility towards the family place a heavy burden on his shoulders that he must face with patience and endurance.

I don't know what was causing the pain and the shaking in the boy but ending up with that head injury tells me something medical is happening with him that merits looking in too. He was describing pain in his collar bone which gets broken a lot in kids.
He should have had stitches! Get him to the doctor!

@@57dottiewell his mother ignores him and doesn’t bathe his cut and remove the dirty bloody shirt off him. I find her a very cold person to be honest. She laughs in all the wrong places while filming I find. The boy looks ok he has a scratch on his head and that piece of material he’s holding over his dried up cut isn’t sufficient but he has no blood running down his neck to soak his shirt. I’m in two minds about this. Father has to work mother continues cooking, boys bike is broken and child hurt oh and grandma working all on her own. They have almost 10,000 views a lot more than the American crime channels I watch who get around 1,000 a day and make money off TH-cam.

Why has this family so many health problems compared to the grandmother who works non stop and never complains. Everyday someone is sick or hurt. Oh Mr. Moslem one of my siblings dislocated a collar bone and the only symptom was immense pain. He has to go to the dr and get an X-ray. If it show’s positive for the collar bone, he will be put in a sling until it heals. It is SO painful. I’m sorry I don’t know what son that is but the smaller ones look the same. He will need to be on a limited activity regimen and given children’s Tylenol or Motrin for the pain.
These kids are just too playful and careless, they always get into an accident, be careful next time dont make your mother worry too much, you're giving her a heart attack. Getting into an accident is not a joke, learn how to stay still kids😢
I have 5 brothers. They were always getting hurt. And they were really rough and date devils (jumping off houses and trees bicycles skates they were just mischievous but all survived and are now old men with children and grandchildren

The iv’s are seriously lacking in how and where they’re inserted. They seem to use so many. They don’t like to use an IV here unless absolutely necessary. On every nomad channel someone has had an iv and in general done incorrectly. Yes. You need to help them.

Почему то в прошлом году все были здоровы, а этим летом травма за травмой. Болели и травмировались все, за исключением Немата и бабушки. Почему так? Муслим болеет до бесконечности, у Марьям были сильные головные боли, дети тоже все до единого чем то переболели. То травма, то простуды, то заразились от Муслима, то ещё что-то... И так всё окружение, то подстрелят друг друга, то голову разобьют, то конечности травмируют... Прямо таки злой рок посетил деревню
С Нематом сложно договориться,он болен,а все остальные очень хорошо играют свою роль.Вы видите вся деревня задействована в Ютубе.Сколько артистов дармоедов.Нарожали по целому табору,а теперь по миру с протянутой рукой.

I noticed that you all sometimes drink out of the same glass. When you are sick don't share anything like that. You're just passing the virus. Wash hands with soap and dishes with soap. I hope he gets better quickly. He does not look well at all. Rest, when you are sick you need to rest. Lots of liquids. Dairy of any kind isn't recommended when sick. Makes more phlegm in your lungs.
