He almost destroyed Land of Light twice, ruled a universe for some time, able to possess even a strong being like Zero, can ressurrect himself freely, absorbing any particle/power to make himself stronger, even after death his legacy continue as Beliarok hold by Z.

Fun fact there’s a stage play called darkness heels staring famous ultraman villains, Belial being one of them, and being considered as dark anti heroes, there’s also a manga of darkness heels and the infamous villains have human forms, and can actually transform into their original forms but for 3 minutes like a normal ultra

From now on, let's hoping for Parallel Isotopes version of Ultraman Belial to transform into the *'Absolute Belial'* after he got the Absolutian energy and Giga Battlenizer in the next UGF

What I never see anybody talk about is Ultraman Belial was at the epicenter of his universe destroying bomb going off, and he lived.
His posture and mouth is reminiscent of an eva unit.

陛下について復習出来る良い動画。僕はベリアルウイルスがすごく好きです。銀河帝国の幹部達も闇堕ちミラーナイトの様に目が赤いですが操られてる訳ではないです。ダークネスファイブは詳しい事は分かりませんがそうでないと僕は思います。できればマレブランデスなどの銀河帝国の戦力や構成についても触れてほしかった。あと豆知識だけどカイザーベリアルのマントはベリアルマントといいます。カイザーマントじゃないよ。

I don't think he did M78 beam there
he rarely does in fact bcos, as you said, it can destroy planets on full power. and he doesn't have time to concentrate reducing the power output fighting Belial face-to-face.
