First, thank you for speaking in reality. You’re absolutely spot on when it comes to spending. Everything has become so expensive in every aspect that you do have to pick and choose! The house is absolutely stunning! You got a shot of the banister when you turned around, and it was gorgeous! The house is definitely going to look great with the antique and vintage furniture you both have collected. Richard is doing a great job in restoring it! I look forward to seeing more of it! Love it!

WOW Richard is doing a wonderful job with the house, I can't wait to see the progress. MT I agree with you about people are just trying to put food on the table and keep up with their bills. There is also a lot going on in the World and we have an election next year. All of these things will have an impact on resellers as well as retail in general. The puppies are adorable.

This is fascinating to see what Richards been up too. I have an 1843 house we’ve added on to and totally had to redo everything. It had sat for 18 years empty..it’s a lot of work, but in the end will be beautiful and worth all the work. Richard is so talented and has the knowledge and vision to turn out beautiful. Thanks Michael for the tour, was fascinating and fun to check it out. Puppies are so cute, getting a little bigger. Happy thanksgiving to you both 🦃

YES Michael, you are so right. Now living on SS and my State of Florida retirement. Money is so very tight now. Mortgage must be paid, electric bill, food, INTERNET. It’s hard not to participate in my hobby by buying. Sad but true. You guys ar3 great.

Hi there! Thanks so much for the tours. I’m sure the house will be absolutely fab! I wanted to comment on your discussion about sales. Kinda crazy but I was thinking about it a few days ago. I’m going to be honest but certainly coming at you from a very respectful angle.
I have been completely lost since ya all, my favorite resellers, started adding second TH-cam channels, what not, web sites ect. Times are difficult right now. You are spot on about that. With the inflation of so many necessities I’m sure your businesses are taking a hit. But, maybe there are more potential customers who are like me. I just can’t keep track of where to find you all.

Love This! - as an owner of a home built in the 1860's I would love to see a video on how Richard finds things like the leaded glass window- doors etc. Is he going to use the more victorian style door knobs or the colonial latches? Definitly have me rethinking about the sink I would love in my bathroom redo. Please keep doing vlogs on these types of updates, as nice as many of the classic home shows are, you really never see what it takes when it is a north eastern home that still has many of the original features. Maybe it is because of the cold and snow- it just seems these homes were built different then some of the other historic homes I have visited in other states.

You are definitely right about it not being the platform. Vamp is really easy to use. I just spent a $380 grocery bill just on food for Thanksgiving Day. That would usually be a grocery bill for a family of four for a week. Groceries and gasoline are so high it is like I am making 2 more car paymemts a month just on those things.
My dad built our house (wiring, plumbing, all of it), and I never appreciated the talent it takes until much later. Can't wait to see the finished construction. ❤
