As it is written in "the word of the Lord" - Yes - I often do:
*"PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM:*
*they shall prosper that love thee."*
    (Psalm 122:6 ~ AV)
For I "know the certainty of the words of truth":
*“Behold, he that keepeth ISRAEL shall neither slumber nor sleep.”*
    (Psalm 121:4 ~ AV)

some people don't know how emotional this song really is
this song was written by a jew who was expelled from judea. the writer of this song is a musician and he will rather never play again and never sing again than forget jerusalem. this psalm is often told at weddings to show how much jerusalem is important. in judaism weddings mean a couple is ready to bring children to this earth, and the writer of this psalm rathers to not bring children if jerusalem is forgotten.

but,as I have experienced, only the wailing wall in old Jerusalem is important. I've been so many times to Jerusalem with Israeli people and everytime we only visited the wall! That makes me confused,as I love every piece of that city, both old and new city. And I am not even Jewish! But yes this song is very beautiful😍 it represents me, a random christian, and my feelings for the city of Gold❤️

replacement theology added by the Christian church..

    • @paul1der
      @paul1der 7 ปีที่แล้ว

J.K. McKinney It's not replacement theology. It's a Spiritual distinction of who is chosen, and not a physical thing that makes God partial to them. God is not partial to anyone. Those who love Him indeed He loves also because they believed on His son and keep His commandments.
Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
      Revelation 14:12
If anyone does not believe in the Son of Jehovah than he rejects Jehovah.
Yehoshua/Jesus is the Salvation of Jehovah and if you reject His salvation how can you be saved? if you aren't saved then how can you be chosen?
Israel of God is both jews and gentiles who are circumcised in heart and not in flesh.
All are one new man in Christ Yehoshua.
The synogogue of satan is the only body outside of Christ who call themselves Jews.
This is what the Bible teaches.
Sabbath is the Lord's day and Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. It's a sign between God and His people forever. His people who are born of the Spirit.
'I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
      Revelation 2:9
For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh. But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God.
      Romans 2:28‭-‬29
Where then is boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one. Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law.
      Romans 3:27‭-‬31
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision; for we are the true circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh,
      Philippians 3:2‭-‬3
A real Jew believes in the Jewish Messiah who is the promise of Abraham's seed(singular) which is Christ and those who believe in Him are His children. A real Jew is a Spiritual one. That was the whole purpose of the nation of Israel to be a Spiritual nation of God. The physical nation rejected their Messiah as a nation and their house is left desolate. These are Jesus' words. 70 weeks were determined and are completed. That's why the gospel went to the gentiles in 34 ad at the end of the 70th week in Daniel 9. This whole false teaching is based on a perversion of the prophecy of Daniel. You can't chop 1 week off of the 70 because they is no instruction in the Scriptures to do so.
Christians are being pawned into Zionism. Beware.

J.K. McKinney.... replacement theology is a cult. Apostles of Jesus Christ especially apostle. Paul not mentioned this. No one take the place of Jews in earth and in heaven. more than 200 false doctrines flooded in church history. recent popular cults are prosperity teachings, false Grace gospel which means even you commit sin without obeying God's commandments God forgive and take you to heaven???!!! and the replacement theology. So please don't blame all Christians. one who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and His apostles they truly love respect helps support and pray for the Jews. Shalom! Amen.

    • @paul1der
      @paul1der 7 ปีที่แล้ว

samuel raj Pray for the Israelis? Yes.
Support them? No, in the sense that we don't take part in the evil. There are some sly false circumcision that try to use Christians as a pawn for their advancement.
A Jew is one who believes in Christ and a false jew doesn't do so. Jesus made that very clear. Real Jews waited for the Messiah and accepted Him but the fake ones claim their nationality makes them a Jew.
In the New covenant a Jew is Spiritual whether he is a physical descendant of Abraham of a descendant according to the promise which is Yehoshua The Messiah.
We who believe in Jesus are real Jews no matter what our physical descent is.
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to promise.
      Galatians 3:26‭-‬29
Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him- a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.
      Colossians 3:9‭-‬11
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision; for we are the true circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh,
      Philippians 3:2‭-‬3
God never made a covenant with gentiles.
We are all grafted into the new covenant that God made with the house of Israel and the house of Judah through His son. (Jeremiah 31)
If we are grafted in, then what does that make us?
Jews according to the Spirit in Christ Jesus or Yehoshua Messiah which you prefer.
Any Israelite who doesn't believe in the Jewish Messiah is really missing life. Old covenant is long gone and salvation is in the new covenant only through the Lamb of God who poured out His blood as a sin offering ONCE and for all, for those who believe and obey His commandments.

    Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 23
    5. Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, when I will set up of David a righteous shoot, and he shall reign a king and prosper, and he shall perform judgment and righteousness in the land.
The new king of Israel, that will come from the House of David will be the Mashiach (The anointed), from the tribe of Judah,
It is also prophesied in Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah that G-d will form a covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a new covenant.
    Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 31
30 Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, and I will form a covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a new covenant.
Notice that the verse starts out with “Behold, days are coming, says the Lord” This is considered a prophecy because of the first words of the verse, “Behold, days are coming, says the Lord.”
The whole prophecy actually begins with verse 26.
    Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 31
26 Behold days are coming, says the Lord, and I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with seed of man and seed of beasts.
27 And it shall be, as I have watched over them to uproot and to break down, to demolish and to destroy and to afflict, so will I watch over them to build and to plant, says the Lord.
28 In those days, they shall no longer say, "Fathers have eaten unripe grapes, and the teeth of the children shall be set on edge."
29 But each man shall die for his iniquity; whoever eats the unripe grapes- his teeth shall be set on edge
30 Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, and I will form a covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a new covenant.
However, the House of Israel, which was made up of the Ten Lost Tribes, have been lost and scattered around the world since the fall of the Northern Kingdom around 721 B.C.E.. The House of Israel, the Ten Lost Tribes, has not been around for thousands of years, that is why they are called the Ten LOST Tribes.
This may sound strange, trying to make sense out of Anti-Semitism; but I think this could be a way for G-d to get all the tribes of Israel to come back to their land, to come home. Some may say that Anti-Semitism has been with us for over two thousand years, which it has. But for the first time since the destruction of the second Temple the Jews has a home to come to, the holy land of Israel.
Now the Jews are going home to the land of Israel of which by itself is a miracle considering that Israel has fought eight recognized wars, two Palestinian intifadas, and a series of armed conflicts in the broader Arab-Israeli conflict, and Israel still exist. A day will come when the Jews will form into the ten tribes of Israel, and then G-d will form a covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a new covenant.
But many Jews have become comfortable in their diaspora. But as prophesied in the Tanakh, the Mashiach can only be anointed as king of Israel after the Jews have returned to their homeland.
There is much more to this prophecy as we shall see.
There is another reference, also in Jeremiah, in the 23rd chapter that describes the same thing, where all the Jews have returned to the Promised Land, and which also begins with the same words found in Jeremiah.
    Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 23
5 Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, when I will set up of David a righteous shoot, and he shall reign a king and prosper, and he shall perform judgment and righteousness in the land
6 In his days, Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell safely, and this is his name that he shall be called, The Lord is our righteousness.
7 Therefore, behold days are coming, says the Lord, when they shall no longer say, "As the Lord lives, Who brought up the children of Israel from the land of Egypt,"
8 But, "As the Lord lives, Who brought up and Who brought the seed of the house of Israel from the northland and from all the lands where I have driven them, and they shall dwell on their land."
    Notice verse 8
8 But, "As the Lord lives, Who brought up and Who brought the seed of the house of Israel from the northland and from all the lands where I have driven them, and they shall dwell on their land.
"and from all the lands where I have driven them, and they shall dwell on their land."
We are seeing this day prophecy starting to come true. And missionaries are robbing us of our heritage, Israel of our mashiach, and the world of the messiah.
And now to continue with Yirmiyahu - Jeremiah - Chapter 31
31 Not like the covenant that I formed with their forefathers on the day I took them by the hand to take them out of the land of Egypt, that they broke My covenant, although I was a lord over them, says the Lord.
32 For this is the covenant that I will form with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will place My law in their midst and I will inscribe it upon their hearts, and I will be their God and they shall be My people.
What these verses are saying is that everyone will no longer need to look in any book, neither a 'New Testament,' nor even the Hebrew Scriptures, to tell them what is Right and what is Wrong. They will know it instinctively because it will be in their hearts, truly making G-d their G-d, and in turn, truly making them G-d's People.
What, precisely, does it mean to have G-d's Torah written in our innermost parts?
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy Torah is within my heart. [Psalm 40:8]
Because G-d's Torah is within us, we know what we are to do, and we are happy to do it.
Please also read carefully. Jeremiah 31:32 does not say 'I will put my NEW Torah in their inward parts' It says, 'I will inscribe my Torah upon their hearts.' The laws of G-d do not change or get changed, they are eternal as G-d is Eternal:
    Devarim - Deuteronomy - Chapter 29
28 The hidden things belong to the Lord, our God, but the revealed things apply to us and to our children forever: that we must fulfill all the words of this Torah.
    Tehillim - Psalms - Chapter 19
8 The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of the Lord is faithful, making the simple one wise
9 The orders of the Lord are upright, causing the heart to rejoice; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.
10 The fear of the Lord is pure, existing forever; the judgments of the Lord are true, altogether just.
    Tehillim - Psalms - Chapter 111
7 The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His commandments are faithful.
8 Steadfast forever, made in truth and uprightness.
As a matter of fact, Ezekiel 11:17-20 reflects the ideas found in Jeremiah 31:26-34: that G-d's laws will be in our hearts, not books, in the messianic age, which will last forever:
Therefore say, Thus saith the Etrnl G-d; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel. And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence. And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their G-d. [Ezekiel 11:17-20]
As I wrote above, this new covenant that G-d speaks about in Jeremiah 31 is not talking about a new covenant, a new contract, and He does not mean a new set of laws, a new Torah, a new scripture. It means the covenant between G-d and the Jews and the laws of that covenant are eternal.
Finally, the text from Jeremiah 31 reads,
33 And no longer shall one teach his neighbor or [shall] one [teach] his brother, saying, "Know the Lord," for they shall all know Me from their smallest to their greatest, says the Lord, for I will forgive their iniquity and their sin I will no longer remember
This new covenant means that no one will have say 'Know the L-rd,' because the whole world will already believe in G-d.
