Heavy oil emulsion treatment test with ceramic membrane

Super hydrophilic and oil repellent nano materials are uniformly and firmly bonded to the ceramic membrane through special production technology. Due to the super hydrophilicity of nano materials, water can easily pass through the filter ceramic membrane. Also due to its super oil repellency, oil is completely blocked outside the filter membrane. The blocked oil or suspended solids shall be collected in time and then reinjected or discharged. It can be seen from the experiment that after the heavy oil emulsion is filtered by our ceramic filter membrane, the water quality is clear and oil-free.
