Who would've thunk that longtubes with free flow cats and an h pipe can make no mufflers actually sound good on a mustang GT. Bravo young chap. You are the first I've ever seen do it.
@@anotherred5.092 ok help me out sounds great btw! I have a Corsa cat back exhaust single tips, speed engineering headers and a double h pipe. What do I need to change to sound similar?
@Thedom.perignon thanks, a similar sound would be getting the corsa track axle back that fits onto your corsa catback that deletes the mufflers, and adding cats if you don't have them. Not sure how much of a difference the double h pipe makes vs the single h though.
This sounds wild lol. I have 4.5 yrs of extended warranty left on my 22'. One day... Also, I have the active exhaust, which will quiet this down to stock levels at least. But I'd only use that to keep from peeving off people at 5am lol
I couldn’t even do that 😢 my ecoboost got totaled before I could even trade for a 5.0 but insurance is covering it. The downside is I have to wait and save up for the car now
Crazy how loud 5.0’s manage too be, I have such a love hate relationship with them I love how they perform but I don’t know if I can get behind the coyote rasp 😅
need my 06 subaru forester to sound like this. i know slow first car but i will be doing high flow and i have a electric exhaust cutout right after the cats. catted is louder ik but ill wait on that
*adjust volume accordingly* bro, my hearing are shot af from Afghanistan deployment, but honestly, I wish I had great hearing again. I would 1000% be happy to let this video destroy my hearing lmaoo
If you get headers you will usually either get high flow cats or no cats. So really you just need to figure out if you want cats or not and if you need cats for inspections then you will need to get some good ones.
I don't have valves, so it's like that all the time. Since then, I've made it even louder, but it's still dailyable. The cold start is pretty loud, but I've made some slip-on silencers.
@@anotherred5.092 Much like me. I have the 2017 GT Race Red. I've got the same spoiler you do minus the flap extension. I found the tinted Grey/Smoked tyres look mean on these colors.
Some with the steering shaft. I also have bmr motor mounts, so I'm not sure if that changed anything, but I moved the engine over a touch, and it just barley clears now.
Not really. I ve heard yes a lot because the tuner used to be able to turn off the rear 02 sensors, so there is no check engine light. But they can't do that anymore. If your stock tune, I would do it anyway since it really wakes up the car. But if not, the car still knows how to run and drive just fine with hfc or no cats. The tune would just overall make the car benefit even more. But again. This seems to be a controversial topic.
Yea the corsa track is basically a 3 inch muffler delete with nice tips/materials. If your coming from 2.5 inch muffler delete you probably won't notice the difference.
@aaronkidd2791 It wouldnt get rid of drone or clean up the sound sadly, but the corsa extremes I had almost completely eliminated drone. They seem to slightly clean up the sound as well, while keeping 90 percent of the loudness. My only problem with the extremes is that it got rid of that deep bass note that the muffler delete had.
Yea it's got pretty bad drone at like 65mph. Also since it is a very loud setup, It's always making some type of noise at all rpms, which might get exhausting on long road trips.
I was thinking to get headers with steel power and MBRP pro H pipe active exhaust would you recommend or should I stick to stock exhaust with headers incase of it was too loud? because my goal is I don't want a raspy sound more like a deep tone but in a louder way so I can't attract the police😂 or to annoy people any recommendation?🫣
Sounds insanely sick. Driving through busy city traffic, everyone will dislike the loud sound, but who cares, hammer it.

sounds absolutely insane. had me thinking it was a gt350 for an entire minute until i properly read the video title lol.
0:35 I'd be terrified if I heard that zooming toward me. Frickin' awesome!
Not gonna lie the first fly by I thought you gonna come from the other direction I was like were are you at 😂😂

1. When I get long tube headers on my gt should I also get high flow cats?

try doing headers to an h pipe then side pipes, but like right in front of the rear wheels to make it as loud as possible
It might hang to low. I have a pretty big speed bump getting out of m apartment complex
