I lived a few miles away from Sun City... it is Old Fogey Hell... and trying to commute through it while stuck behind an octogenarian on a rascal scooter driving down a six lane public road at 10 miles an hour is an all-too-frequent occurrence in Sun City...

not for me... when i get old i want to live in the city...where hopefully i can walk to the grocery store, theater, museums etc... living in a place like the one on the video is so not appealing to me

Well let's see. I can't shoot my gun off from my porch there, there doesn't look like a spot I can fish from my back yard, and furthermore I would have to put up with looking at old chicks all day instead of hot young ones. 3 strikes you are out. Furthermore old people can be the best or worst neighbors ever. They have nothing to do all day so they will complain about anything and are nosey (because of loneliness). I would rather die than retire at such a miserable, clustered community.
