I just reused my clip of Faye Mata from a Touhou Headcanon Voices video because I was lazy - though fun fact, Faye Mata has played Undertale and has some videos doing voices for it on TH-cam, so you can actually find her doing the Alphys voice! (I only like using official credited media for these vids, hence why I didn't use that.)
With things like 1.5 ai pushing the boundaries voice replication, its only a matter of time before you could make these voices actually read out their correspoding character's dialogue, and people would have no idea it was synthesized.
As fascinating a process as it is, I admit it's not one I super look forward to - I know many voice actors find it disturbing, degrading, or even a threat to their actual work if people could just steal their voices. It's fun in theory but I think if it reaches that point there'll begin to be legal and moral issues with it. I'm pleased just fantasizing for now.

I tend to cast the actor more than the exact voice - I wanted Ciaran Strange for Chara because he has a great voice for kids and I just used a clip of him as a colder villain because it was the best reference I could find (he tends to play more upbeat, usually). My other clip I have of him he's like, peppy, lol.
I dislike how womanly it is, isn't Chara a child? Also Chara isn't evil, they actually wanted to save the monsters but their plan failed. And they accidently got their brother killed too :(

I made a challenge to use anime actors for this video because of a Discord conversation I had and cuz it's my specialty, but I assure you there's FAAAAR more than this, lol. Check out my Touhou Project fancasting video series where I had to learn like, 100 unique mostly female voice actors in the anime sphere to fill out a huge cast. There's a ton out there when you look for them!
