I agree. I totally love this crossover but seriously he’s a damn child with to much knowledge there. What is he supposed to do? Just because Sanemi fought his damn mom and got scars of it doesn’t mean he would pull those big weird demons with a damn axe. They’re all acting like they know Tomioka well. Poor guy getting bullied even if it’s “just a joke”. T-T justice for this poor man
@@K-.p.o.p..a.d.d.i.c.t. true! it’s like they look at it from the perspective of adult-giyuu when in truth they’re looking at his past before he grew into the person he is today. i think the problem in a lot of videos for kny (this isn’t targeted) is that they forget that these characters reacting are adults. i don’t believe people really research or care about getting characters’ personalities correct, and it’s frustrating. now, i understand it’s hard to perfectly replicate it, but there’s a clear difference in your work when you see someone trying and someone who’s not. for that, i really love this video. nevertheless, these people are adults who are surrounded in death and sorrow, when making their characters you have to attempt to think like them, immerse yourself in their experiences. when you can do that, you make a much nicer video. i personally hope that more people (in any fandom or media) will try to think about if a reaction is too over dramatic or out of line; sometimes when its purposeful it’s funny, but when you can tell it’s not to be funny and just a misstep, it’s not as enjoyable! (holy guacamole- sorry! didn’t mean to write this long- i feel very strongly on this topic (＾＾；))
@@ivanlukatruther no I totally agree. For example I did two reaction videos. Two on different fandoms and the characters act off. Theres an unofficial Ship in one of them and the other one is an AU. Looking back at that one reaction I just don’t like it because I could’ve done better. Could’ve make them be more characteristically accurate but I didn’t. And it’s hard to do the characters justice every time but I’m happy that this creator tried their best and tbh succeeded in my eyes.
