Please provide a demo for how to perform a CHOW on the 855B. The 855b instructions are very confusing. It would be helpful to have step by step instructions.

Please help. My business is not showing up under my enrollments. And after sending in my 855i for my individual they are now requiring I do an 855b for my business by I don't see it under my enrollments. I call but just get voicemails. Please tell me what to do
