When listing on Zillow Rental Manager for MTR it looks like you have to pay 1/2 months rent for when a property is leased. Am I understanding this correctly? Not understanding how to do an MTR for 30 days or 3 months if you have to pay 1/2 month income. ??? Am I not understanding this correctly? Help!
So I’m looking to rent a house and it only shows my information it doesn’t show my kids information and they are adults as well so if they only base it on my income is not enough. How do I enter the information for my children?
How do I reset/refresh my listing? It’s been listed for 17 days and for the last 3 days I haven’t had any inquiries, I usually rent my property the first week it’s listed.

Thanks for the comment. I do my screening through Zillow or Furnished Finder. They both have products in the platform that allow for background/credit checks and the tenant has to pay.
@@midtermrentalconsulting Thanks for the reply, will there be any scam/fake information out there, I notice miss-matches from what is reported, eg the company shown on the paystub can't be found, etc.
@@jacobliu4298 I think, like everything else, it's just a risk calculation. I have not heard of these scams, but your best practice is to pay attention to how they communicate, listen to your gut and background/credit check them.

You have to add your social for them to release that info to you. Since you will have sensitive tenant info, they want to make sure you are a responsible person.
I believe it depends on whether or not the landlord has claimed it on Zillow. If someone else has it as their rental, Zillow won't let you also list it.

You could just leave it as is and then send the potential landlord a note with that info and see how they would like to handle it.

I don't believe that is possible, but I have also not researched this.
